Phenospex is looking for a 3rd Level Support Engineer to be the ultimate escalation point and technical advocate, reporting directly to our CCO.
You will serve as the top-tier technical interface across our entire organization (R&D, Portfolio, Production, Quality, Sales and Service). Your primary goal is to ensure expert, third-level technical after-sales support to our 2nd level team as well as to our global customer base. You won't just fix problems; you'll analyse them, document them and turn them into insights that directly drive product improvement.
Key responsibilities
Diagnose complex failures (using Failure Modes and Effects Analysis) and prioritise all incoming technical requests.
Mentor the 2nd Level Support team and serve as their reliable technical backup.
Propose solutions for recurring issues and submit formal development requests to R&D.
Actively ensure serviceability is integrated into all new hardware and software developments.
Maintain expert-level knowledge of all Phenospex products for rapid diagnosis.
Track fixes, perform functional QA tests and analyse ticket data to drive strategic product and process improvements.
Conduct occasional on-site customer visits to resolve critical 3rd level issues.
