We’re looking for a creative, highly organised and proactive Digital Marketing Specialist who will own our digital project management, produce creative communications and lead our digital infrastructure. You’ll bridge the gap between complex plant science and high-performing digital storytelling, ensuring our innovations resonate with the world’s leading scientists and AgTech pioneers.
What you'll do:
● Content & Ad Creation: Design high-impact visual assets (banners, social graphics) and write "technical-yet-punchy" copy that maintains our brand voice across all channels.
● Digital Home Management: Serve as the lead administrator for our website (CMS), ensuring our technical data is flawless and landing pages are optimised for global product launches.
● Lead management: Own the end-to-end Marketing Qualified Leads (MQL) process, including defining and refining MQL criteria in collaboration with Sales. Manage lead scoring, data enrichment and lead nurturing programs. Track lead-to-opportunity conversion and continuously optimize the process to improve efficiency and ROI.
● Community Engagement: Establish our monthly newsletter and social presence, using A/B testing to constantly refine how we communicate with our scientific audience.
● Campaign Managment: Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of digital campaigns, managing timelines and aligning with external agencies to turn data insights into creative action.
● Internal & External Sync: Act as the vital link between our internal technical experts and external performance partners to ensure scientific accuracy meets marketing excellence.
